
John N. Osland is Logicle’s chairman. He also holds leadership roles in Home Diversification Corporation, FinTech4Good, and the JNO Tech Accelerator Group. He has thrived globally across both Fortune 500 and entrepreneurial technology and science upstarts with public, private, and nonprofit directors’ experience.
Mr. Osland has led proprietary public and private equity backed technology companies including Chairman of Gem Pharmaceuticals, a biotech breakthrough in oncological chemotherapies, CEO of Mad Catz, a public video gaming company, General Partner of Ecommerce GIS pioneer, Land Info International, and CEO and Vice Chairman of The Music School, the largest for-profit music school in the country.
Mr. Osland led a startup enterprise tech solutions business unit from $1M to $100M in 34 months. He co-led full spectrum corporate development in raising $125M in growth capital for emerging technology companies. He has subject matter expertise in intellectual property and strategic partner development.
His enterprise technologies deal making, and programmatic project implementation highlights include verticalizing the sales force, co-founding the Global Industry Consulting Solutions and Integrations Division, the Corporate Account Group, and the Business Partner Program for Intergraph, a Fortune 500 enterprise software company. Mr. Osland’s teams were number one in the company 5 times over 12 years.
Mr. Osland served on the Board of Directors for Bethesda Lutheran Church Charities as well as their governance committee. He was the General Partner in an entrant in the Indianapolis 500. He earned his MBA in Finance from a Top 20 program and a BA in Economics, cum laude, with departmental distinction, in Economics and Accounting.
